The owners of the restaurant: Veroniсa and Igor.

We are from Belarus (a European country bordering Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Russia). Veroniсa, originally trained as a lawyer, started her career as a waitress at the age of 18. She quickly progressed through the ranks and became a manager. Eventually, she met Igor and they decided to open two restaurants together. In a short time, these restaurants became quite successful. Then they opened Rose Gose restaurant in Minsk and another wine bar. Trying to open a restaurant in america was a new goal that seemed out of reach.

Veroniсa believes that people are the most important aspect of their business.
Igor, on the other hand, studied engineering. While still a student, he worked as a bartender and then became the director of a restaurant that had a large brewery attached to it. He co-founded the brewery, which became quite successful and continues to operate to this day. After that, Igor took a risk and decided to open restaurants in Minsk. He hopes that Rose Gose Austin will be as successful as their establishments in Minsk. And the guests will really get into the project.
