Igor
With over 20 years in hospitality, Igor grew from bartender to the co-founder of a restaurant group with its own craft brewery. His experience includes launching more than ten successful projects in Minsk and Austin, from modern bistros to creative concepts. At Rosé Gosé, he focuses on structure, management, strategy, and vision— the foundation that brings new ideas to life and keeps the restaurant growing, turning concepts into places that feel alive and part of the city.

Veronika
Veronika began her career at 18 as a waitress, quickly moving into management thanks to her passion for people and hospitality. Originally trained as a lawyer, she found her true calling in restaurants, where guests, the team, and creativity matter most. At Rosé Gosé, she is the heart of the atmosphere— ensuring every guest feels welcome, every detail feels personal, and every visit is filled with warmth and inspiration.

Our Team



Sam was born in Russia and brings over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has worked at one of the world’s Top 100 restaurants and collaborated with many renowned chefs, gaining invaluable knowledge and expertise along the way.

In addition to being a talented cook, Sam is passionate about videography, enjoys traveling, and is dedicated to improving his English skills. He believes that a kitchen should operate like clockwork — precise, harmonious, and efficient.
