We are Igor and Veronika, a family from Belarus who made Austin our home three years ago. Opening a restaurant in the United States once seemed like a distant dream, but today it has become a reality with Rosé Gosé Austin.
Our journey in hospitality began many years ago in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Veronika, originally trained as a lawyer, started her career at 18 as a waitress. Her passion for people and hospitality quickly led her to become a manager — and that’s when she met Igor.
Igor’s journey spans more than 20 years: from bartender to co-founder of a restaurant with its own craft brewery — a business he successfully developed and which has now been operating for more than 18 years. This experience gave him the courage to launch new projects in Minsk, and together with Veronika, build a collection of successful restaurants, including Rosé Gosé in both Minsk and Austin. Over the course of our careers in the restaurant industry, we have opened 10 projects, most recently a new Greek bistro — ZOE — in Minsk.

Our Team



Sam was born in Russia and brings over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has worked at one of the world’s Top 100 restaurants and collaborated with many renowned chefs, gaining invaluable knowledge and expertise along the way.

In addition to being a talented cook, Sam is passionate about videography, enjoys traveling, and is dedicated to improving his English skills. He believes that a kitchen should operate like clockwork — precise, harmonious, and efficient.
