Rose Gose is a cultural restaurant project originating from Europe that has moved to introduce guests to new culture, flavors, service, and attention to each guest. Our journey will be challenging, as we speak different languages and grew up on different sides of the ocean. We have only seen New York and Texas in movies. However, we are here, ambitious, and determined to provide honest work and create impressions that you will share with your family, friends, and colleagues.

The menu focuses on high-quality ingredients, modern cooking techniques, and purity of taste. We offer a raw bar, pasta, salads, and desserts. Our bar is equipped with an extensive selection of wines and signature cocktails. Additionally, every weekend, we offer a brunch menu featuring European classics with a unique interpretation.
