How it all began
We are Igor and Veronika, a family from Belarus who made Austin our home three years ago. Opening a restaurant in the United States once felt like a distant dream — but today it has become reality with Rosé Gosé in Austin, TX.

Our journey in hospitality began in Minsk, where we launched several successful projects together. With more than 20 years of experience, we built restaurants that combined creativity, warmth, and a love for people. Rosé Gosé in Austin is the next chapter of that journey — a place where our passion for food, drinks, and hospitality comes to life every day.
Together, we launched new projects in Minsk and created a collection of successful restaurants, including Rosé Gosé in both Minsk and Austin. Over the years, we’ve opened more than ten projects, most recently the Greek bistro ZOE in Minsk.
